Terra Nova was founded in 1997. The office is located in Callander, in an area of outstanding natural beauty recently established as Scotland's first National Park. We work throughout the UK and Internationally.

We won a National Training Award for a long-term Leadership Development programme created for Oki, and gained accreditation for the Scottish Quality Management System, being among the first independent organisations to do so. In 2000, Terra Nova achieved the prestigious IiP (Investors in People) recognition.

In 2001 Philip Roycroft was presented with Motorola's William Weisz Award for his work as a Master Trainer on their "Essentials of Motorola Management" programme. This involved coaching and support for 15 trainers to deliver the programme in 12 countries across Europe, Middle East & Africa.

Our approach is both informal and challenging. We are committed to developing practical solutions which bring about lasting improvements in performance.

Terra Nova has the depth of experience to be able to work in partnership with clients to effect lasting change. Central to this is our ability to build relationships and find creative ways of translating learning into practical outcomes.
