Terra Nova measures its success against its ability to deliver this change. Consistently high evaluative scores, and long term relationships developed with clients is testimony to that commitment.
Over the years Terra Nova has received a number of Awards for its commitment to quality.
Scottish Quality Management Systems SQMS stands for Scottish Quality Management Systems. An adaptation of BS5750 devised for Training Providers in Scotland, and administered by Scottish Enterprise. Terra Nova was one of the first independent training providers to achieve this standard in April 1996. It achieved this after 9 months of work to align its processes to the standard, and after completing a comprehensive audit undertaken by Forth Valley Enterprise.
National Training Award National Training Awards recognise success in training that leads to improved business performance. Terra Nova won this prestigious award in recognition of work undertaken in collaboration with OKI. This long term programme developed Team Leaders who were effective role models of the company's values. The programme combined experiential learning and taught theoretical concepts, with group work.           (See Case Study)
