The Way We Work

  At Terra Nova, our effectiveness lies in our ability to stimulate people to want to learn, and to develop themselves and their skills. Creating a climate which encourages people to embrace learning and change is therefore our top priority.
 
  Once people have been actively engaged, and trust established, delegates are supported through a process of experiential learning and guided reflection. This enables them to review their own behaviour, beliefs and influencing strategies.
 
Such analysis and understanding, and in particular sharing what is being learned, is a crucial step towards encouraging high trust and is an essential part of the development process.
 
  In partnership with our clients, we ensure that attitudinal and behavioural changes are transferred effectively to the workplace, for example: - through work based assignments, action learning, and diary keeping.
